CO2Y Tripped off 10:26am (17:26UTC) with RTD or IR alarm trip
Plot attached, reset at 19:30UTC.
There has been activity near that TCS rack this AM, both cable pulling and wire racks moved nearby. We've seen this happen before, LLO is currently trying to investigate why.
