Aim to take 3 minutes of data peer point, watching BLRMs to check tere is no glitches. On DTT, set BW to 0.1Hz, 30 averages.

- Turn off SQZ ASC with H1:SQZ-ASC_WFS_SWITCH and check the SQA_ANG_SERVO isn't running once you get to FDS or FIS.
- If you go ot no SQZ and back to FDS/FIS, need to turn off again.
Data to take and how each data is used in the model:
- No SQZ (for subtraction in models)
- Good time to measure NLG (as in 76542) and change NLG if wanted
- Mean SQZ with ADF off (for loss calculation in models)
- Go to FIS with SQZ_MANAGER and then take SQZ_OPO_LR guardian to DOWN
- FIS Mid SQZ +/- (for SRC de-tuning in models)
- Try to match high frequency SQZ to No SQZ level by increasing and decreasing SQZ angle from nominal SQZ.
- FI ASQZ (for homodyne angle in models)
- Also +/- 10deg each side of nominal
- FDS Mid SQZ +/- (for FC de-tuning)
- FDS and FIS SQZ (because we want to see how good DARM can be)
- Maybe also +/- 10deg each isde of nominal
