SHIFT SUMMARY: I was able to get a coherence measurement during the first lock. We've relocked 3 times this shift, no issues relocking.

I've been damping ITMY modes 5/6 with half the nominal gain (0.005) during the second/third lock as I wasn't totally convinced the damping was going well before with the higher gain. 3/4 monitors were going down but the DARM line height on DTT wasn't really changing. TJ said he had success with this lower gain the other day as well. I put the new damping settings for ETMY mode1 into lscparams.
