- The corner station clean air supply (Kobelco) was started up
- The following GVs have been closed: GV5, GV2, RV1, FCV1, FCV2, FCV3, FCV4, FCV5
- The IPs adjacent to this part of the corner volume have been valved out: IP1, IP2, IP3, IP4, IP14
- The replacement of the HAM6 gauge was attempted, but the electronics of the brand new Inficon replacement gauge is faulty, therefore another one will be installed tomorrow
- The Y-manifold turbo has been valved in with a leak checker backing, and the following flanges have been leak checked (no leaky flanges yet):
 - Y-manifold flanges:
  - X-; Y+ flanges (3 pcs.)
  - Vent port (1 pc.)
 - BSC8:
  - X- HEPI bellows (2 pcs.)
  - X- collar flanges (4 pcs.)
  - X+ Y+ side flanges (3 pcs.)
  - X+ door flanges (5 pcs.)
 - HAM2-HAM3 spool:
  - X+ Y+ side flanges (5 pcs.)
  - X+ bottom flange (1 pc.)
 - HAM3:
  - Y+ door flanges: (5 pcs.)
  - X- bottom flange (1 pc.)
  - Y+ bellows (2 pcs.)
