We started to inspect the optics and beam dumps removed from HAM1 in 83836. They look dustier than expected, but after first contacting the optics are looking good, more to do...
- We replaced qty3 black glass beam dumps (BD4, BD10, BD12) that were slightly damaged with DLC coated SS plates D1800140 type 01 or 02. Alena suggested if we want to and have enough DLC coated plates, we could swap them all, there is still QTY 6 more glass ones. Black glass was placed in optics lab wiht other black glass.
- We inspected all the optics in Pan3 (M1, M2, M5, M14, M18, L1), they all had dust on them. M2 and M14 were the only two that had the middle ~1" of optic clean. Did not do any cleaning of this pan yet.
- Removed the optic from M15 (E1100048-v2 2.0-0990 HR 1064) and from M12 (E1000871-v1-02 AFT PL w04 95/5 BS), they will be moved back to the staging building optics storage. Removed the picos and beamdump from M15 and found a LH mount.
- Chose new optics for M15 (E1000671-v1-02 “ATF PL W 057”) and from M12 (E40512-B3 IO820-05)
- We inspected the optics in pan 1 and pan 2 (googledoc linked from D1000313) all of them had some dust so we top-gunned them all.
- We first-contacted (E1000079, E1300017) M11, M7, M17, and the future 90/10 for M12 with FC. M11, M7, M17 looked great so we reinstalled in their mounts, Left FC on the other side of M12.
- There is more to do.
