In preparation for the new HAM1 ISI and the new PM1 suspension, I've created and started 3 SEI Guardian nodes - ISI_HAM1, SEI_HAM1, ISI_HAM1_BLND. I've also created and started SUS_PM1. These have been added to the Guardian overview screen, and a DAQ restart is immanent. Total node count is now 173.

While prepping the code for the other SEI nodes I noticed that ISI_HAM3 was the only ISI node that was still on common code. The H1 specific versions of the other nodes will redefine a few of the dofs that get paths turned on and off. I spoke with Jim and we decided to bring HAM3 in line with the rest and made a copy of H1 HAM2. Needed to restart this node to pick up the changes since it's a SEI node.
