Beckhoff hardware for HEPI upgrade powered on

The following hardware was powered on:

Beckhoff computer and terminals in Mechanical Room

Beckhoff terminals in LVEA (BSC2)

Connected to switch: sw-mech-aux port 5
This will allow the software side to be configured. The hardware is NOT connected to the HEPI controls.
