Removed two spectrum window covers from HAM1, ready for beam alignment.

Removed two septum window covers in HAM1: the outgoing PSL beam and return REFL beam covers.
The covers were placed in the chamber, on the -X side on the floor. Photos attached.
Also fixed the LSC POP helicoil so all diodes are now cabled, details in 84174
