The PMC servo has been oscillating for about 2 weeks. Attached is a plot of
Purple: PMC REFL power
Blue:   PMC REFL PDH error signal
Yellow: Signal at the TEST A monitor point of the PMC locking servo board.

Something is clearly wrong with the card - we suggest using a spare.
