After the survey of the large LN2 dewar jacket pressures (alog 84028) we used an ISP500 scroll pump to pump the jackets on CP2 and CP3.

CP3 took ~4 days of pumping to bring the pressure from 220 mtorr to <10 mtorr. CP2 was much faster with about 8 hours of pumping from 18 mtorr to 9 mtorr.

All other tanks (excluding CP4 not in use) had jacket pressures around 10 mtorr, so no additional pumping needed.
