Beamdumps on HAM1

We have started checking beams are sufficiently dumped on the HAM1 beamdumps by checking main beam is easily in the dump and first bounce of the dumped beam if it's visible.

All beam dumps are now placed and checked as of this morning 84375, beams were confirmed in each BD apart from BD3 (PM1 transmission) as the beam is too faint to see.
