Adjusted channel names in the master model of HEPI so channels would be recorded in the science frame - Per E1300742

Commited the new master model (hepitemplate.mdl)  -r6229

Every HEPI model of H1 (11) was restarted.

Restarting HEPI-HAM2, and then the DAC added 25 channels to the science frame, as expected.

Restarting HEPI HAM3, HAM4, HAM5, HAM6, ETMX, ITMX, BS,ITMY, ETMY, and then the DAC, added 225 (9*25) to the science frame.

Work was performed under WP# 4256 which is now closed.This was performed in the scope of Bugzilla bug #385
