VACSTAT single alarm on BSC3 gauge glitch
VACSTAT went into sensitive mode after BSC3 PT132_MOD2 glitched, spending 2 seconds at 3.2e-07Torr before returning to 1.5e-07.
I have restarted VACSTAT to clear this glitch.
