Completed the four Horizontal actuators attachment today.  Plenty pain but had worse.  Based on the Dial Indicators I may have knocked us out of the Yaw Spec.  Jason logged 35urads CCW and I measure 111CW putting us at 76urads CW.  This is averaging the four transversely oriented DIs and a few more or less here and there and we could be ok or we could be worse.  So, best to just let IAS look and see.  If it remains this smallish amount, SEI can likely crank it around with the HEPI DSCW Springs leaving the Actuators attached.  Translational moves are insignificant and level shift only improve on the level--gotta get lucky somewhere!  Still, the level should be check again as well.
