WBSC3 ITMx Alignment

Corrected the small yaw shift induced by the HEPI actuator attachment. All other positions and angles remain unchanged from alogs 8434 (pitch) and 8403 (x, y, z position); a small pitch adjustment is still necessary.
Yaw: +23 µrad (CCW)
Target: 0 µrad
Error: +23 µrad (CCW)
Tolerance: ±50 µrad

I took HEPI IPS trends, during the time frame of the HEPI move. They pretty well corroborate what Jason saw with his instruments, and with what I saw with our dial indicators (aside from one vertical DI that said we had a shift of some .006" which I probably bumped, as the IPS show no such move). Overall, IPS show little vertical shift (~400cts max, about .001") and the horizontal moves are all in the expected directions.
