H1 was down for the night, so will most likely run an alignment and then go for Power 10W and then assess.

• Edit#1:  While dropping off some yogurt in the fridge I came back to ALS_YARM in a STALLED state (which appears to be a norm as of late).  Rerequested INITIAL ALIGNMENT and it was fine.)
• Edit#2:  Also had Stalls while trying to get to PRX_LOCKED, but TJ arrived and I let him know about this and he mentioned this is because we are doing MANUAL ALIGNMENTS (this won't happen when we return to our usual Initial Alignments)
