Sheila Ryan and I phased LSC-REFL_B while we were sitting at 25W after move spots. We used the template in /opt/rtcds/userapps/release/lsc/h1/templates/CARM/check_refl_a_9_phase.xml and adjusted the phase which you can find in the LSC electronics overview.
