Part 1: IMC WFS -- IMC alignment during thermalization

We trended the WFS signals during thermalization after power up. There is some interesting dynamics during the first bit in the WFS signals...seems the IMC alignment could be wandering around.

Part 2: DARM comparison throughout the ISS picomotoring process Craig did.

Craig pico-ed around to see if he could increase the pwoers on the ISS PDs and lower the peaks we saw in the spectrum.

We also took DARM spectrum measurements during different points of this process, and it seems that things may have gotten slightly better, but may just be thermalization and settling.
In particular, as Craig pico-ed we saw some reduction in the lines between 520Hz and 600Hz. The reduction of some of the broader peaks (most likely beat notes between lines and violin modes) could be from the reduction in the violin modes.
