ISCT1 Re-aligned (again)
Elenna, TJ, Camilla

Realigning ISCT1 after it was moved on Friday for the HAM1 +Y annulus work. Mostly done apart form touching up POPAIR A/B diodes once we have a locked PRMI/DRMI.

After the gate values opened, TJ and I tried to lock the green arms in REFL as we did in 84323. They didn't stay locked but the periods they were locked were comparable to a normal lock. MICH and PRMI flashes were bad but not terrible. Checked that PRM was within 10urad of last DRMI locked time. So we went to ISCT1 to start aligning the green and PSL ALS path.

Green
TJ adjusted the upper pericope mirror in PIT and YAW and this improved the alignment both Green X and Y arm cameras and the PSL ALS beam. The beam went though the SHG fine. We added an extra beam-dump after one of the beam-splitters to catch some extra beam scatter.
We then touched up the green arms with ETMs/TMSs, Ryan C turned on sensor correction and the arms could then locked normally and WFS turned on.
Elenna then aligned the beams onto the diode to get the COMM beatnote to get to 0dB.
At this point I started looking at the POP alignment and we noticed it was bad so Elenna went to the CR and did input align and MICH alignment with the Guardian and a PRX-by hand.
After this, Elenna and TJ touched up the beams onto the DIFF beatnote to get to it to -11dB
Checked all beambumps on ALS and green paths.

REFL
The beam started on the both REFLAIR A and B diodes. TJ then centered the beam on both diodes with their steering mirrors.
Partick and the CDS team initialized the new digital REFL camera 84866 and the beam was on it!

POP
TJ Yaw-ed the top periscope mirror as the beam was clipping the shutter (he then realigned REFL). then I checked that the beam was on all POP optics and touched steering mirrors to by-eye get beam flashes on POPAIR_A/B. We couldn't lock PRMI or see the PRX single bounce beam but could only see flashes on POPAIR_A/B. All beamdumps checked.
Once Jenne and Elenna locked DRMI and lowered the "lockloss" offsets, TJ and I went back to ISCT1 and checked the centering of the beams on POPAIR_A/B both beams were not near edges of diodes. We could not see the beam on POPAIR camera.
