Self-explanatory from title. Set 'manual_control' to False so that when relocking, we automatically go into LOCKING_ARMS_GREEN instead of GREEN_ARMS_MANUAL, and so we go into PRMI and MICH after timing out of DRMI, instead of staying in DRMI.
