STATE of H1: Observing at 149Mpc
INCOMING OPERATOR: Oli
SHIFT SUMMARY:
Lost lock right as my shift started, and due to the Wind kept H1 from locking until 4:25 UTC.
Dropped from Observing once for Xtreme_PI_Damping at 4:45 UTC, for 3 minutes.
H1 is currently Observing and looks good.
