SHIFT SUMMARY:
I inherited an unlocked IFO. After a few DRMI Locking attempt. I was able to relcok the IFO.
But the changes to SR3  H1:SUS-SR3_M1_DITHER_P_OUTPUT were reverted by SDF Revert after a DRMI lockloss.

H1 was locked at NLN at 2:26:39 UTC
And Observing at 2:18:19UTC.

SQZ_manager Dropped from FREQ_DEP_SQZ and took H1 into commissioning @ 2:28:38 UTC.
SQZ_FC is Stuck between GR_SUS_LOCKING and Down.
H1:SUS-FC2_M1_OPTICALIGN_P_OFFSET & Its Yaw counter part were moved to relock the FC.
We got back to Observing at 3:00:01 UTC
