SHIFT SUMMARY:
Inherited a Locked IFO.
At 02:57:54 UTC H1 lost lock.

I allowed H1 to try to relock itself, ISC_lock ended up in Aquire_PRMI with wonky flashes. So I did an Initial_Alignment.
I reverted the SEI SDF diffs I accepted earlier today.

The Initial_Alignment was mared with a tripped SRM Watchdog, but it seemed to complete and offload well enough.

H1 was relocked at 4:51:05 UTC.
