Last week I took some OLGTF measurements for SR3 for the estimator in Y (86075). It turns out I should've been taking normal transfer functions instead, so here they are.

Settings:

• HEALTH_CHECK, but damping on
• Y DAMP gain set to -0.1 (nominally -0.5). Other DAMP gains still their nominal -0.5
• Reminder that SR3 OSEMINF gains and DAMP filter bank compensation gains are now default (86070)
