SR3 SUSPOINT and Health Check TFs with damping on for P estimator
For the SR3 P estimator, I went ahead and took SUSPOINT to M1 and regular TF measurements for the Pitch estimator filters.
Settings:
- HEALTH_CHECK, but damping on
- P DAMP gain set to -0.1 (nominally -0.5). Other DAMP gains still their nominal -0.5
- Reminder that SR3 OSEMINF gains and DAMP filter bank compensation gains are now default (86070)
