I added the BS M1 Pit integrator turning on to the gen_PREP_MICH_ALIGN state of ALIGN_IFO, so that it gets turned on for both initial alignment as well as if we use CHECK_MICH_FRINGES during the full lock acquisition sequence. Hopefully during init align right now after maintenance we'll see that it's working well.
