ASC and LSC noise buget injections taken

Followed instructions in 74681, I did not go to NLN_CAL_MEAS but that would have given clearer signals. Last done in June 85250, . Saved in /ligo/gitcommon/NoiseBudget/simplenb/dtt_files/ but not yet pushed to git: https://git.ligo.org/NoiseBudget/simplenb. Note different folder location and git directory used.

FYI -- for the record, these noise budget excitations were taken *after* the SR3 pitch estimator's blend filters were updated to -v2 this morning (LHO:85544). (I sincerely doubt they'll play a role, but just stating for the record.)
