Some of the FOMs have a notification about wanting to be restarted due to obsolete binaries for "MEDM, caRepeater, xterm, and python"

I was restarting some FOMs and noticed that PIMON looked frozen, sure enough the last lockloss data it saved in /ligo/data/pimon/locklosses/ was from Aug 19 2025 06:54:13 UTC. I restarted it at 15:00 UTC.
