H1 DAQ ADCU EX, added Infrasound microphone channel 
H1 DAQ H1ADCU_EX was reconfigured. We have replaced H1:SEI-ETMX_FINE2 with the new low frequency InfraSound Microphone channel H0:PEM-EX_IS_MIC. Acquisition rate remains at 256Hz.
