Yesterday it initally looked like the BRSY was run up by activity at EY, but by the end of the day there was still no damping going on and DIAG_MAIN as well as SEI_CONF had notifications about BRSY. I spoke with Jim and he walked me through the same procedure that he and I did back in July (alog86074) when this happened last. The difference between last time and this time is that the checks I put in worked and we caught this much sooner. I also now have the correct way to remote into the brs machine.

After logging in and recapturing frames two times, the BRS is damping nicely.
