On [
SEI: 2544] I added a new FADER_TO_ZERO part for tests at Stanford. This part smoothly interpolates an input channel to zero. The part lives in
userapps/trunk/isi/common/models/blend_switch_library.mdl.
It was committed to the SVN under
revision 32734 [on Aug 13th, 2025].
Additionally, this change committed an unreported change to the ESTIM_FADER part that changes the naming convention for the switch monitor. The change is mentioned in the last bullet point of [
LHO: 85857], but it was accidentally not committed to the userapps svn at that time. The change was:
- Changed the name of the FADER block inside ESTIM_FADER to be MON. Accordingly, we also modified all of the subblocks of this fader part to avoid repeating the MON. For example, FADER_RAMP_STATE_MON was changed to MON_RAMP_STATE.
The changes in this library will only affect the SR3/PR3 models and the OSEM-estimator-related medm screens that Brian modified in [
LHO: 87331].
No DQ channels are affected, and nothing else is looking at this naming convention.
I have already confirmed with Dave Barker so we have the parts are updated next Tuesday [Oct 14th]. For now, the HLTS models, and estimator screens will run with the current version of the blend switch library.
