Relock required an initial alignment, and then there was usual ringup that started near the end of the locking sequence. I had to turn on high gain ASC to damp it down. I used SEI_ENV to do it by going to manual, requesting high ASC state, then once we were at NLN going back to auto and letting it go out of that state on its own to recover the ASC.
