Lock loss 1722UTC
There was an earthquake moving through at the time of the lock loss, but it seemed as though the worst of it had already passed when we lost lock.

Back to observing at 1940UTC.
Relocking was slow. PRMI locked twice but I couldn't get DRMI to lock despite good looking flashes. I ran an initial alignment and then afterward DRMI eventually locked. The 1Hz ringup showed up again. I tried upping the CSOFT P gain from 25->30 which didn't help , so I moved SEI_ENV to HIGH_ASC_EQ. This saved it.
Looking at this with Jim and it seems there was a useism burst during this earhtquake, right after the majority of the r wave passed through. This was enough to cause a lock loss for us.
