Relocking notes: 
Initial_Alignment  railed MC2 in PRC aligning again today, twice. This perhaps is the start of a trend?
I just ran a manual IA.
After that relocking was pretty fast.
I accecpted some SQZr SDF changes to get back into Observing. Tagging SQZ.
