Fiber pair swapped for Corner Stateion to EY test
At about 1100 PST I swapped the fiber pair for Ethernet IPC testing from the MSR in the corner station to EY. The new 4k pair is connected via patch fiber 24 at EY, replacing patch fiber 33.
