Observing at 2027UTC but with the REFL, AS, and POP beam diverters open
We are back to Observing at 2027UTC but we have the REFL, AS, and POP beam diverters still open. See alog87970 for more info.
Lock loss 2121UTC.
This lock loss looked like a very small ETMX/DARM glitch.
