All systems have been recovered enough to start relocking at this point. We will not be relocking the IFO fully at this time though since the ring heaters have been off and their time to thermalize would take too long. We will instead be running other measurements that will not need the ring heaters on.

There is a good chance that other issues will pop up, but we are starting initial alignment now.
