Site Inspection 30Dec2025

LExC is in great shape no indication of problems.  I did have some visitors that didn't want to accept no as the answer to going into LExC.  They just wanted some pictures.  I explained it is a big empty building right now but they were undetered at wanting pictures.

WS Dept of Health was on site checking the remote dosimiter they monitoy off our the access drive.

Staging building is in good shape.

VPW two ovens running and in the parameters that Chris told us.  Weld shop temperature was fine so no pipe issues.

LSB had two 5 gallon water bottles sitting outside the door.   I moved them into the Lobby.  Other than that builing looks great. Landscapers were working on removing vines from the building on the patio side.

OSB/LVEA everything was in order.  Kobelco running door covers billowing slightly.  No signs of problems.

Mid and Ends were fine.  Mx had the lights on when I arrived.  They are off now.

Carpenter shop/ water room fire pump room and electrical room were all fine.

FCES in great shape.  FC Enclosure could use a cleaning but is fine.
