Erik, Dave:

All workstations and NUCs which had been powered down during the break have been powered back up.

1. picket fence is working again.

2. I have stopped running nuc_dummy_ioc.py which was temporarily serving dummy NUC EPICS channels to the EDC

3. cds_report has been reverted to the pre-break version (it had been expecting WS to be down and NUC reported had been removed)
