All the nds command line clients (such as minute_trend_cli, second_trend_cli, streamer_cli and others) have been recompiled to fix a bug in which channel lists were not written correctly.  This resulted in an inability to accurately report values for any channel that wasn't a float data type.  Any users of these tools should use the tools to write a new channel list.  Also the Makefile was changed to allow compiling with Ubuntu 12.04.
