HVAC Fan Vibrometers Check
Closes FAMIS#39854, last checked alog88973.
MR_FAN4_170_1 had a slight noise increase a little over a day ago, MR_FAN2_170_{1,2} are both seeing lots of spikes.
The EX fans all increased in noise around 15:30 UTC this morning.
