DAQ reconfigured for latest Beckhoff slow channels

Sheila updated the Beckhoff EDCU INI files for PLC[1,2,3] for C1 and EX. I added them to the DAQ and restarted the DAQ. Note that the EX Beckhoff is a new addition to the DAQ, the master file was modified accordingly.
