We have replaced the fiber going from the MPC to the end station patch panel in the MSR and the fiber on the inside of ISCTEX. Now we have:

Input of MPC @ MSR = .18mW (expected drop due to ref cav misalignment)

To EX from MSR = .13mW

Patch panel of ISCTEX = 62uW

Fiber Output on ISCTEX = 58uW

This is much better than the previous measurements (alog 8912)
