I have changed the default nds server to h1nds0 until we can sort out what is wrong with h1fw1.  Note that this only affects newly opened shells and newly started programs.

Also note that h1nds0 does not offer the same set of channels, it is set up to write science frames instead of commissioning frames.

I will change the default back to h1nds1 as soon as h1fw1 is functional.
