Initial restarts of daqd on h1fw1 did not fix the problem. The framewriter ran for about 10 mins and then its uptime counter stopped incrementing.

I power cycled h1ldasgw1, and had to manually remount the QFS file system and NFS export it. I then restarted h1fw1 and it has been running for  about 20 mins now.
