Erik, Dave:

h1seih16's IO Chassis was accidentally power cycled via its front panel switch while in-rack cabling work was ongoing in the CER. All the models stopped running with ADC timeouts.

A simple stop/restart of the models did not work, and a lspci scan saw a corrupted bus, almost as if the Adnacos' had more slots.

We did a full power cycle of h1seih16 to recover. The sequence was:

1. stop the models

2. fence computer from Dolphin

3. power down computer

4. power down IO Chassis and AI chassis

5. power up computer

6. power up AI chassis

System is back up and running. SWWDs have been cleared.
