The JAC guardian got stuck in the 'LOCKING state after I lost lock of JAC and IMC while trying to inject onto the IMC PZT earlier today.

I think this was because the input power was at 2W when we lost lock and this is high enough powert that the shutter on the JAC REFL PD won't open.

This gives an error message currently saying the 'Shutter closed. Check shutter trigger values' and I added 'and input power' to the end of it and loaded and committed this change to the svn.

It would be good if we could have something that takes us back to 2W if the JAC unlocks.

After talking to Ryan C he has a decorator for the IMC guardian that does something similar so he is looking into this.

NB: from 1-3.30pm PST I was trying to do jitter transfer function measurements by injecting with the PSL PZT and meauring on the IMC WFS. I think what I actually need to do is measure on the JAC WFS so I will come back to this tomorrow.
