Addressed TCS Chillers (Wed [Mar4] 1242-0105pm local time) & CLOSED FAMIS #28559.  (Last checked 28558). 

For measurements below, measuring from "top" of the red floaty ball.

• TCSx Chiller:  Had level of 30.4 cm.  Added 0mL for 30.4cm.
• TCSy Chiller:  Had level of 9.5 cm.  Added 325mL for 10.5cm.  
• There was no water in the small cup under the slow leak.
