Most workstations in the front of the control are back on debian 12 after numerous crashes in debian 13.   

workstations directly across the aisle (cdsws 27 etc) are still debian 13.  All front workstations are downgraded to debian 12 except cdsws39 and cdsws28, which are still debian 13.  Operator workstations are downgraded.
