Folks in the control room have continued to note that the "IMC Input Power" on the ops overview screen didn't make sense, and was causing confusion (eg, how do we have "700" Watts into the IMC, when there are zero Watts coming from the PSL).

Jennie let me know that the channel that's used is not yet conditioned and calibrated, so it was amplifying noise.  

I set the offset in H1:JAC-TRANS_A_LF, and also turned off the giant gain in the "W_into_HAM2" filter FM10, so now it at least looks like the output is fluctuating a small amount around zero, and should no longer be confusing on the overview screen.

I've saved the offset and filter state in SDF.
